此合金具有以下特性：

1.高温时具有出色的抗氧化性

2.很好的抗碳化性

3.能很好的抗氧化性含硫气氛

4.在室温和高温时都具有很好的机械性能

5.很好的耐应力腐蚀开裂性能由于控制了碳含量和晶粒尺寸，601具有较高的蠕变断裂强度，

因此在 500℃以上的领域推荐使用601。

Inconel 601 的金相结构:

601为面心立方晶格结构。


Inconel 601 的耐腐蚀性:

601合金一个重要性能是能在温度高达1180℃具有抗氧化性。甚至在很严酷的条件下，如加

热和冷却循环过程中，601能生成一层致密的氧化膜而得到很高的抗剥落性。601具有很好的

抗碳化性。由于有较高的铬、铝含量，601在高温含硫气氛中具有很好的抗氧化性。

Inconel 601 应用范围应用领域有：

1.热处理工厂用的托盘、筐及工夹具。

2.钢丝分股退火和辐射管，高速气体燃烧器，工业炉中的丝网带。

3.氨重整中的隔离罐和硝酸制造中的催化支撑栅格。

4.排气系统部件

5.固体垃圾焚烧炉的燃烧室

6.管道支撑和烟灰处理部件

7.废气解毒系统部件

8.氧气再加热器
